This is the website of the Settlement Compliance Monitor (“Monitor”) appointed by Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo of the San Francisco County Superior Court, to serve as the Monitor of the Final Judgment voluntarily entered by UFCW & Employers Benefit Trust and the California Attorney General’s Office (collectively “Plaintiffs”) and Sutter Health, and approved by the Court on August 27, 2021.
